  3. Shape the Cookies Form medium-sized balls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Decorate Press a whole almond and a raisin into the top of each cookie ball for decoration.
  5. Bake Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Cool Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet before removing them. They will firm up as they cool.
